Team Purpose:
To Provide a musical foundation for worship in order to attain a spiritual flow of praise that invokes the manifest presence of God and to bring the body of Christ into the intimate communion with God through worship.
The Worship Band is:
A cohesive group of committed, skilled and enthusiastic musicians, united in a common bond of spiritual unity.
Time Commitment:
Approximately 10 hours a week of combined practice and worship service time. (Wednesday night, Saturday and Sunday services). Personal practice time, at home, is required in order to improve one's playing skills.
Talents Required:
Be a born again Christian believing in the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

A committed, sincere and devoted worshiper of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Be confident of the call from God to lead others into worship. Accept the responsibility of the ministry position and at all times live a lifestyle consistent with the high standards of Christian morals and ethics. A regular attendee of Hilltop Community Church. Be teachable and flexible, able to receive correction and encouragement in the interest of what will benefit the entire team. Active and current in one's devotional life through daily Bible reading and prayer, ministry in word attitude and deed. Seek to promote unity in the body by personal ministry and edificaton to the other members. Honest, cooperative and mature.
