If you were to ask me to describe myself in one phrase, it would be “I am a worshiper and lover of God”.  I love Him and I know that His heart beats for every person that walks the face of this earth, therefore, I want to show each one who comes on my path His love for them and how special they are. I was saved in a little community church when I was ten and never wanted to do anything else but serve Him after that.  He captured my heart from the beginning and nothing in the world had more appeal to me than Him.

 Your Story

My husband Mike and I are new to Hilltop Community Church and new to the Richmond area.  He got a great job at Union Pacific Railroad, Oakland in their police department which is what brought us down here from our home in the Sacramento area.  I was hired soon after here at Hilltop.  We love our new church, the choir and all its amazing diversity.

Mike and I have been married 31 years.  We have three wonderful children who are grown and love God.  We have a cute Chinese pug and a very nice little house we rent in Pinole close to San Pablo Bay.  I have a two-year business degree from Sierra College, Rocklin and love mixing ministry with business in the front office at Hilltop. 

Hobbies 

I love the Word of God and enjoy reading Jane Austen novels and Reminisce magazine.  I actually really like working out at 24-hour fitness at Hilltop Mall and I love walking our pug on the trail on the bay near our house.

 

God is so good and, as Pastor Jim always says, "we get to do this!!"
