I have been involved in children’s ministry for 11 years and a children’s pastor for the past 9 years. I believe learning about God is fun; therefore we need to teach that way. I believe that God’s word is the foundation to life for all and children are no exception. I enjoy the call the Lord has placed on my life. I wake up every morning and LOVE coming to this place. I get to work with one of the best teams assembled at Hilltop Community Church along with the most amazing and faithful volunteer staff . Every week we all serve the cutest kids you could imagine. To serve all of these people and to do it for the glory of God is a piece of heaven.

Your story

I live with my amazing husband Steve and we have 6 children Tim, Kellye, Travis, David, Sean and Jami. I have been a Children's Pastor for 9 years and have been involved with children’s ministry for about 13+ years. I was the Children’s Pastor at Prescott Life Church before we came here. While it was an amazing church we felt God was moving us. We met Pastor Jim and Debbie in August of 2009 and took the position here at Hilltop in September. We knew as a family the moment we stepped on the property, this was our new home. God had once again blessed us.

Education

I have an Associates degree and I am a Certified Pastor with the Assembly of God. I plan to continue with my education and get my Ordination with the Assembly of God.

Favorite sports / teams?

My favorite sport is softball, I love to play and have fun. I love times of fellowship. I have no favorite sports team, but given the chance love to go to most any type of game.
